Yoga Workshops

Workshops can be arranged at yoga studios or other spaces, in corporate or community venues.

Workshop subjects include: Introduction to Kundalini Yoga, Intermediate Kundalini, Mantras and Meanings; The Chakra System; Primal Pranayam to name a few. Please let us know of any requests you might have for other workshops.

Tailored by length, the longer the workshop the more indepth information and greater physical participation.

Example Workshops

Introduction to Kundalini Yoga:
Learning the basics (pranayam, mudra, mantra, bhands, asana, chakra system), a full physical class, mantra pronunciation and meanings, meditations and more.

1 Day Workshop

6 hour Workshop (1 hour lunch* break; two 10 min breaks)

Pre-registered: $100 per person
At the door: $120 per person

4 hour Workshop ( half hour lunch;10 min break)

Please Note:
*The full day is 4.5 hours

Pre-registered: $65 per person
At the door: $80 per person

2 Day Workshop

6 hour Workshop
Day One - 3hrs (10-20 min break)
Day Two 3hrs (10-20 min break)

Pre-registered: $55 one day, $100 both days per person
At the Door: $65 one day, $120 both days per person

Workplace Yoga

Workshops can be arranged in your corporate or business venues. All that is required is a space suitable to move around in. We supply blankets, music, "atmosphere" and light refreshments. Classes are designed around specific issues the clientelle find most useful. For example, exercises that can be done at the desk, exercises that require as little as 3 minutes to have great effect, and so on.

Rates:

• $100 per 1.5 hour class

• Up to 5 people

• Each additional person is an extra $15

Private Classes

Students may choose what yoga best suits their needs including pranayama (breathing exercises), chanting, meditation, asanas (poses) for any level such as extra gentle, pre and post natal, yoga addict or even deep relaxation. Classes can be arranged at the student's home, at a local studio or gym.

Rates:

• 1.5 hour class $65

Yoga Parties

Parties may be arranged in homes or other party venues (gift bags and party favours included). We supply blankets and music and will co-ordinate atmosphere with you.

Private groups and yoga parties are the perfect idea for a shower, birthday, housewarming or stagette party. It's different, fun and healthy. Ask about referrals!

• $300 (for up to 5)

• $20 each extra person
